Dr. Hillard is the senior member of the group and completed his BA at Westminster College and subsequently received his MD from the University of Missouri School of Medicine. After receiving his MD he pursued diagnostic radiology at the University of Utah completing a rotation in diagnostic radiology and fellowship in interventional radiology/cross sectional imaging. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology and licensed in Missouri and Utah. He was certified with added qualifications in interventional radiology in 1995 and recertified in 2004. Dr. Hillard entered the military in 1988 serving as Chairman of the Department of Diagnostic Radiology. He was a Regional Six MAC Air Force Radiology Consultant and received the Meritorious Service Medal in July 1991. He joined Columbia Radiology, Ltd in August of 1994. His major interests are in vertebroplasty and cross-sectional imaging.

 

Dr. Meyer joined the practice of Columbia Radiology, Ltd in June of 2000. As a board certified radiologist his expertise includes a special interest in musculoskeletal MRI and general diagnostic imaging. He is licensed in the states of Missouri and Tennessee. His bachelor of science was obtained from Iowa State University and he subsequently completed his MBA in finance at the University of Texas. He received his MD from Southwestern Medical School University of Texas in Dallas. After an internal medicine rotation at Parkland Hospital and Dallas VA Medical Center in Dallas, Texas he pursued radiology, completing his radiology residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT an affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine.

Dr. Monroe’s academic excellence was reflected as an undergrad at Texas A & M where he was recognized both as a member of the Dean’s List and for receiving the Distinguished Student Award. Following an internal medicine internship at Scott & White Hospital, Temple, Texas he completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Missouri. He is board-certified in diagnostic radiology with additional board certifications in vascular/interventional radiology and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Monroe served 10 years as a radiologist with Bryan Radiology Associates in Bryan, Texas. During that time he served as Chairman, Department of Radiology and Chief of Staff at St. Joseph Regional Health Center. Previous to his tenure in Texas, he practiced extensively in Missouri as an emergency room physician and consulting staff member at Moberly Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Faler completed his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and his MD from the University of Mississippi. Before completing his MRI Research Fellowship at Methodist Hospital Memphis, Tennessee Dr. Faler spent 2 years at Erlanger Medical Center in General Surgery. Dr. Faler served 4 years as a radiologist at Methodist Hospital, 3 years as Cross Sectional Anatomy Instructor and 1 year as Chief Resident for their Radiology Program. He was Fellowship Trained in Musculoskeletal Imaging at the Kirklin Clinic University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2002. Dr. Faler has practiced with the Hattiesburg Radiology Group in Hattiesburg Mississippi.

Dr. Ashraf joined Advanced Radiology, Ltd August 2015. He completed his undergraduate degree from Haverford College PA and his MD from Kirksville College of Osteopathic medicine. Before achieving his MRI Musculoskeleltal Radiology Fellowship he completed his internship and residency at the Department of Radiology Michigan State University Garden State Hospital.

Dr. Butterfield joined Advanced Radiology, Ltd in July of 2015. He completed his undergraduate degree from Northern Michigan University. Before completing his MRI Fellowship in Body Imaging he received his Doctorate of Medicine from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed residency at Providence Hospital Medical Center where he was the Chief Resident of diagnostic radiology.
